These terms apply to your use of bscstrategy.org and to the Google Ads and conversion services BSC ("we", "us") provides. By using this site or engaging BSC's services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

BSC provides Google Ads campaign management, conversion tracking, landing page and website optimization, and management of secondary ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Microsoft Bing and others), billed as a flat fee rather than a percentage of ad spend. The specific scope of work for any client is agreed directly between BSC and that client before work begins.

2. Ad spend is separate from BSC's fee

Clients fund their own advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) directly. BSC's flat fee covers BSC's work managing and optimizing those campaigns; it is not a percentage of, and does not include, the client's ad spend itself.

3. No guaranteed results

Digital advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside BSC's control (market conditions, competition, platform policy changes, the client's own offer and pricing, among others). BSC applies its expertise and certified best practices, but does not guarantee specific rankings, click volumes, or sales figures.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for funding their own ad accounts, and for the legality of the products or services being advertised.

5. Website content

The content of this website (text, design, and the interactive tools on it) belongs to BSC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission, except for normal personal browsing use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BSC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or of BSC's services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
